This 1 V 1 session is designed to not only aid athletes in getting to the next level but thrive there.

Whether that is high school or college,

 the athlete will need advanced physical training in all aspects.

This 1 V 1 session is designed to not only aid athletes in getting to the next level but thrive there. Whether that is college or the professional ranks, the athlete will need advanced physical training in all aspects.

AREAS OF FOCUS

  • Top End Speed and Agility

    1. *If athletes are new to training we will accommodate them accordingly.

  • Strength to Compete

    1. We will equip the athlete to compete physically.. Strength that translates to the field will play a major part in that transition.

  • Reduced Risk of Injury and Recovery

    1. Not only does this program tackle the common injuries seen in soccer (knees, groin/hip flexor, ankles, etc.), but there is also a big push toward recovery strategies. The mileage is starting to add up on these athlete’s body so we must teach them ways to take care of themselves on and off the field.
